Books I Plan to Read this Summer

Hi everyone!

So, if you know me, you know I don’t normally set TBR lists mainly because I am a mood reader. I like to read whatever is similar to the previous book I have read and sometimes it goes on for a while (like the Beauty and the Beast retelling phase I went through last year 🙈). However, I am determined to read these sometime this year, possibly summer.

The Twilight Saga – Stephenie Meyer

I am taking these books out of retirement from the back of my shelf and reading them. It is time to revisit what 12-year-old me was obsessed with in time for Midnight Sun. There are a lot of mixed emotions for Midnight Sun, but I think I’m more curious to see where it goes.

Stranger Things: Suspicious Minds – Gwenda Bond

I mentioned this book in a previous post and I will make sure I at least read this out of all of the books on this list. I got this book about a year ago and it is time. Maybe I’ll even rewatch Stranger Things for the 196841569th time 😀🤩.

A Court of Wings and Ruin – Sarah J. Maas

If I don’t read this in the summer I have to read this before the end of the year, but I would like to get started on this. My cousin and I have made a deal where we both have to read 3 books we have been putting off by the end of the year. Two of the three books I chose were from this trilogy and so far I have finished ACOMAF.

Two Can Keep a Secret – Karen M. McManus

I believe I got this last year and then completely forgot about it until I was staring at my bookshelves. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just stare at my books and honestly sometimes this is how I get ideas for blog posts 🤣🤣.

Prince Charming – Rachel Hawkins

This one was recently on sale on Kindle and I have heard good things about it so, I want to read this soon.

Carve the Mark – Veronica Roth

I also got this on sale on Kindle last year, but never read it. I forgot about this too until I started to see it a lot online.
